Quest Arena

Whitton Park, now known as the Quest Arena through ground sponsorship with Quest Precision Engineering, is the home of Broughty Athletic F.C.

Quest Arena (Whitton Park) is set in the heart of Broughty Ferry and directly opposite the historic Claypotts Castle, it is one of the most distinctive football settings in the area.

A true community football hub

Quest Arena (Whitton Park) is more than a matchday venue. With a modern, full-size 3G surface, it supports year-round football for the club and the wider community, including youth and local teams connected with Dundee East Community Sports Club.

Facilities

Whitton Park includes:

  • Full-size 3G pitch for all-weather training and matches.
  • Clubhouse and social areas supporting matchdays and community use.
  • Spectator areas and a traditional non-league matchday feel, with the ground historically known for covered viewing in parts.
A ground with history

While now known as the Quest Arena, the ground remains firmly rooted in the club’s history.

Originally called Claypotts Park, it was renamed Whitton Park in 1989 in memory of former player and club official Eddie Whitton. The name still carries significance for supporters and remains an important part of the club’s identity.
